Important dates

Registration fees

The author responsible for correspondence will receive the information to register once the contribution has been accepted. 

Registration fees refers to one-time payment of the indicated amount, according to the number of papers (up to two) and the number of authors.

Discounts on registration fees for the second paper are applied if the authors of the first and second papers are the same. In the case of including new authors in the second paper, then the fee of the first contribution will be applied.

First paper

  • Single author: 105 €
  • 2 to 3 authors: 210 €
  • 4 to 6 authors 330 €
  • +6 authors (please contact us)

Second paper

  • Single author: 60 €
  • 2 to 3 authors: 110 €
  • 4 to 6 authors 140 €
  • +6 authors (please contact us)

Registration as a speaker includes:

  • Access to invited conference of keynote speakers.
  • Acess to all scientific sessions.
  • Participation in the conference forums.
  • Individual digital certificate of 20 hours of conference attendance (Conditions apply).
  • Individual digital certificate by presented paper (up to two).
  • Publication of accepted papers in the Conference Book of Proceedings with ISBN and DOI.
